Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, their may be an early departure fee.
Your reservations will be held until 6:00 PM CST. To hold the room beyond the hold time, a credit card guarantee of payment must be received at the motel prior to designated hold time. Rooms may not be available until after the motel’s designated check-in time of 3:00 PM. Occupancy prior to check-in time on the date of the reservation cannot be confirmed unless the hotel has availability and payment for the previous night is received by the hotel prior to arrival either by credit card accepted by the hotel or a deposit by check. If you are coming in late, give us a call and we can work something out.
Nebraska is a non-smoking state and all rooms are non-smoking. Their are areas in front of the motel where smoking is permitted. DO NOT SMOKE in the room. There will be a charge of $100 applied to your credit card in the event that you disregard the law.
No pets are allowed in any motel room. Service animals are allowed.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for extra people and will apply only to rooms booked as part of this reservation.
The taxes and service charges shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
Should you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before the reservation date to avoid cancellation fees. Any changes to the arrival date or departure date of this reservation is subject to the motel’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change and/or service fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
