In July of 2019, we finally decided to replace the concrete in the front of the motel. This was a multi-week process and came out looking great. Next year, we hope to finish the concrete for the entire front of the Motel.
Last year, we completely remodeled 5 motel rooms into Kings. As part of that effort, we replaced all of the linens in the Motel, and put in new light blocking curtains in all rooms.
This year, we remodeled two space downstairs and added 2 new apartments. One is an efficiency, around 288 Square Feet. The other apartment is much larger and will also be a 1 BR, 1 Bath apartment.
